HOW LONG CAN I RENT FOR?

We like to believe renting needs are just as unique as you are. Depending on patient needs, we can rent on a daily basis and can even extend into monthly terms. You are able to rent items as long as you need them. We apply the first month's rent toward the purchase price if you would like to own it. Another advantage to renting is our offer to service the item at no charge. Of course, we understand that needs change, but our customer service team takes great pride in providing flexibility to every rental need on a case-by-case basis.

CAN I BUY USED OR PRE-RENTED EQUIPMENT?

YES. We sell or rental stock on a regular basis at a discounted rate. We sell used items upon request and strive to offer affordable equipment by selling previously rented merchandise. It is Ultimate Medical Equipment's promise to ensure that all used equipment is in immaculate condition before reaching our customers.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We always offer in-store demonstration and try-ons where applicable to make sure our customers are always making their most-informed purchase. If the item bought is not up to your standards, we accept all returns on non-equipment merchandise along with proof of purchase in original packaging within 3 days, excluding non-equipment personal care accessories. All incontinence supplies and compression materials are final sale. For rentals and equipment purchases, we can supply refunds on a case-by-case basis.
